I cannot say enough wonderful things about Zack Fraley. Finding memory care for a parent is one of the most difficult and emotional decisions a family can face, and having him guide us through the process made an enormous difference. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, articulate, and compassionate. He helped us navigate moving from SC to NC memory care facilities while advocating for me and my mom. He listened carefully, spoke on my behalf when I needed it, checked on my mom personally, and continued to follow up with me for weeks after the placement to make sure she was doing well. That level of care and follow-through is rare. It was clear that he wasn’t simply doing a job; he genuinely cared about our family and wanted the best possible outcome for my mom. He is exceptionally good at what he does, and I truly believe he is in exactly the right profession. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone facing the overwhelming task of finding memory care or senior living for a loved one.
